Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. canola oil
4 eggs
1 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
2 bananas (medium to large)
2 1/4 c. flour (part whole wheat)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 Tbsp. wheat germ
3/4 c. nuts
Preparation

Place first 4 ingredients in blender (low speed) until combined well, then add vanilla.
In a large bowl, sift dry ingredients together, adding wheat germ and nuts, then mix in ingredients from blender until combined well.
Pour into Bundt pan which has been greased or sprayed with nonstick pan spray.
Recipe may be cut in half for loaf pan size.
