Orange Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) lean pork loin
    cracked pepper
    orange marmalade
Preparation
    Place pork on cooking rack, fat side up.
    Coat with pepper. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove form oven, coat with marmalade and return to oven; cook until well done.
    Watch carefully. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
