Mayme'S White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Scald evaporated milk.
    Set aside to cool.
    If you burn it, throw it away and start again!
