Chocolate Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

chocolate cake mix with pudding
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to directions on box.
Mix together Ricotta cheese, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and eggs.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Pour cake mix into pan.
Pour cheese mix on top.
Bake approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes at oven temperature according to cake mix directions (but watch).
