Ingredients

10 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk (25.6 oz.)
6 oz. powdered coffee creamer
2 c. powdered sugar
16 oz. Nestle Quik mix

Preparation

To Serve:
Mix 1/4 cup of chocolate mix with 1 cup water.
