Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium tomatoes
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    3/4 lb. processed cheese spread or 3/4 lb. Longhorn cheese, shredded
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos, drained and chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes in boiling, salted water.
    Cool slightly; dice coarsely and set aside.
