Green Beans With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil (canola)
    1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
    1 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until transparent; stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or
    until thoroughly heated.
