Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. peeled and chopped pears
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium mixing bowl, combine oil, sugar and eggs; blend well.
    Stir in pears, pecans and vanilla. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients into the pear mixture.
    Pour the batter into 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pans.
    This can be baked in 4 wide mouth pint canning jars.
    Place jars on baking sheet.
    Bake loaf pans 1 hour; the glass jars 40 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
    Very moist.
