Blue Cheese Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and water in top of double boiler. Stir until gelatin dissolves. In blender, combine gelatin, sour cream, cottage cheese and Blue cheese. Process until smooth. Pour into lightly oiled mold or loaf pan. Chill until firm. Unmold and garnish with grapes. Serve with crackers.
