Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    dash of red pepper sauce
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. cooking molasses
Preparation
    Put the meat in a large pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients to make the sauce.
    Pour the sauce over the meat.
    Simmer for 3 hours.
