Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag carrots
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 can cream of tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender.
Blend all other ingredients and pour over carrots in a glass bowl.
Cover and marinate overnight.
