Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck (ground turkey or ground venison make good sauce)
    1 lb. mild sausage
    2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 small cans mushroom slices or pieces
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce (Italian style)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. garlic powder or granulated garlic
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oregano
    2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
    2 pt. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese, mixed with 1 egg
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and sausage and drain well.
    In a separate pan, saute onion; add green pepper, followed by sliced mushrooms.
