Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken
    2 c. celery, chopped
    4 green onion, chopped
    1 c. slivered or sliced almonds
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Chop chicken into bite size pieces. Mix the mayonnaise and the chicken soup.
    Mix all ingredients. Transfer to 9 x 13-inch casserole (3 quart).
    Sprinkle crushed potato chips.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
    Serves 10 to 12.
    Top with crushed potato chips.
