Meat Loaf Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 good handful bread crumbs
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup and a small amount of water
salt to taste (use sparingly)
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together and place into greased pan.
Cover and bake in low oven at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until baked through, but not dried out.
Drain off excess grease.
