Beef Barley Soup(Dutch Oven) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean round steak
    5 c. water
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans no salt beef broth
    3/4 c. white wine
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
    1/4 tsp. fennel seed
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 c. frozen pearl onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. pearl barley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Put all ingredients together and slow cook until done.
    Can substitute 3/4 cup beef broth instead of wine.
    One cup equals 156 calories.
