Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
    1 onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken; tear off bone.
    Combine soups, Ro-Tel and 1/2 cup chicken broth in saucepan.
    In a baking pan layer 1/2 package chips, 1/2 of chicken, 1/2 of soup mixture and onion, then add 2nd layer.
    Top with chips and grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
