Chocolate Cake With Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. boiling coffee
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and oil.
Mix in eggs well.
Add coffee and mix well.
Add milk and vanilla; mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes 2 (8-inch or 9-inch) round pans or 1 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) pan.
