Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Cut in oleo until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add buttermilk all at once. Stir just until blended. Knead 1/2 minute on floured surface. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with 2 inch cutter. Place on cookie sheet, prick with a fork. brush with buttermilk. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
