Sherried Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed
1 qt. fresh strawberries, capped and halved
1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. raspberries
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cream sherry
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Combine fruit in a large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Pour over fruit mixture, tossing lightly.
Chill 2 to 3 hours.
Serves 12.
