Chicken Honolulu(Contains Approximately 250 Calories Per Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 1/2 lb. chicken, quartered
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in water.
    Add lemon juice, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger and pepper; mix well.
    Pour over chicken, turning to coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours, turning once.
    Arrange chicken on a rack in a broiler pan.
    Broil until chicken is tender, about 45 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with marinade.
    Makes 4 servings.
