Linguine With Crabmeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 pinch crushed red pepper
1 lb. fresh or canned crabmeat
4 oz. bottle dry white wine
1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. pkg. linguine
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In a saute pan, heat oil; add garlic and saute until golden. Add parsley, red pepper, crabmeat and wine.
Saute until wine is reduced.
Add clam juice, salt and pepper.
Cook linguine in salted water.
When al dente, strain pasta and toss with clam mixture and butter over high heat for 2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
