Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
1 lb. pkg. Ritz crackers
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs
Preparation

Brown sausage, onion and peppers.
Mix in a large bowl with eggs, crackers and corn.
Mix thoroughly.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
