Crab Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients well and set aside.
    Combine water and butter in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and immediately add flour, beating until mixture forms a ball.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each one. Stir in crab mixture.
    Drop by 1/2 teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes more.
    Unbaked puffs can be frozen on baking sheet and transferred to plastic bags.
    Heat without thawing at 375\u00b0 until crisp.
    Makes 60 puffs.
