German Style Blueberry Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    4 c. blueberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, dash of salt and butter.
    Mix with pastry blender or fork until crumbs are formed.
    Measure 3/4 cup of this mixture and set aside.
    Press remaining crumbs over bottom and about 3/4 inch up the side of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Combine blueberries, lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, tapioca, salt and the cinnamon.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Spoon blueberry mixture on to the crumb-lined pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Then sprinkle with 3/4 cup reserved crumbs.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until crumbs brown.
