Chicken Salad Sandwiches(For A Crowd!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 lb. chicken, boiled
    20 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 pt. pickle relish
    2 qt. mayonnaise
    1 small whole celery, chopped
Preparation
    Season boiled chicken to taste and cool in refrigerator. Chop well in food processor.
    Chop eggs and mix with mayonnaise and seasoning.
    Makes 100 sandwiches.
