Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sour milk (minus 2 Tbsp.) = 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar and milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. mashed bananas (about 3)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream margarine.
    Sift in dry ingredients.
    Add 1/4 cup of the milk and bananas.
    Mix 2 minutes with mixer on low speed.
    Add eggs, 1/4 cup milk and nuts.
    Beat 1 minute.
    Pour into greased Bundt pan.
    Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
