Winter Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
2 c. water
1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of black pepper
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Cook carrots in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Add Brussels sprouts.
Cook for 10 additional minutes.
Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of water.
Place vegetables in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
