Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil and eggs, one at a time.
Beat well.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9 x 9-inch pans.
