Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients
    in
    a\tlarge mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil,
    stirring\tuntil
    dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat.
    Stir
    in
    vanilla,
    pineapple,
    1
    cup
    nuts and bananas. Pour in three 9-inch pans greased and floured.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
