Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Pillsbury pie crusts
2 bags Cortland or McIntosh apples
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

Use a large, deep dish pie dish.
Put bottom crust in pie plate.
Peel and slice apples and put in a large bowl; add sugars, cinnamon and flour.
Mix thoroughly.
Put into pie shell. Sprinkle with a little more cinnamon.
Put butter (cut in small pieces) on top.
Put other pie crust on top.
Make holes with fork or cut circle.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve with cheese or vanilla ice cream.
