Home Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium to large potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter flavoring
    2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
Preparation
    Put Crisco in frying pan. Slice potatoes into thin slices or 1/2-inch square cubes.
    Sprinkle on seasoned salt.
    Cover. Fry on medium-low heat, turning occasionally, until soft and lightly browned. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
