Zucchini And Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thin sliced squash (of each kind)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sharp cheese
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash 10 minutes; drain.
    Combine sour cream, butter and sharp cheese; melt.
    Put squash in casserole dish.
    Pour on cheese mixture.
    Top with grated cheese and croutons.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until it bubbles.
