Linda Poor'S Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti, broken in half, cooked and drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut in strips
Preparation

While spaghetti is still warm, combine with eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Put spaghetti in well-greased 10-inch pie plate.
With back of spoon, press it up around the sides and bottom of plate to form a crust.
