Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 15 jumbo shrimp
1 lb. crabmeat
1 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. celery
3/4 c. onion
1 Tbsp. bell pepper
bacon strips
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute celery, onion and bell pepper in butter.
Mix in crab, cracker crumbs, salt, parsley, dry mustard and cayenne pepper to taste.
If dry, add a little milk to moisten.
Place a heaping tablespoonful of stuffing on top of each shrimp, then wrap with bacon.
Broil shrimp, basting with butter, lemon juice and dash of garlic powder.
Broil until shrimp are done.
