Grilled Pork Chops With Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper marinade
2 Tbsp. honey
6 thick pork chops
6 slices canned pineapple
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
ground cloves
about 1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Blend first 5 ingredients.
Marinate pork chops for 2 hours in the sauce.
Cook chops 8 inches from heat, basting often with sauce.
Turn chops frequently until done.
Heat pineapple slices on the grill.
Brush with butter.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cloves.
Continue to heat pineapple until sugar dissolves.
Serve with pork chops.
Serves 6.
