Czarist Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    3 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    6 potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped deli style pickles
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Boil chicken with water and bouillon; cool and remove from bone.
    Cut into thin strips.
    In large bowl, place chicken, potatoes, pickles, onion and celery.
    Put pepper and salt with mayonnaise, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.
    Gently add to chicken mixture.
    Cover and chill.
    Garnish with boiled egg quarter and tomato wedges.
