Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
2 pimentos, chopped
1 tsp. salt
4 chopped hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Mix together.
Sprinkle on top, large amount of Parmesan cheese and 2/3 cup chopped walnuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
