Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    Micro Shake meat flavor
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients except Micro Shake and half of the can of tomato sauce.
    Blend well.
    Shape meat mixture into loaf pan.
    Pour leftover tomato sauce over meat and sprinkle with Micro Shake.
    Microwave covered with wax paper on High for 14 to 18 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 145\u00b0.
    Let stand, covered with wax paper, for 3 to 5 minutes before served. Serves 4 to 6.
