Lemony Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. crushed thyme
1/8 tsp. liquid pepper sauce
1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer, quartered
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine lemon juice, butter, thyme and pepper sauce in a small bowl.
Sprinkle chicken with pepper.
Place chicken, bone side down, on grill over hot coals.
Brush with basting sauce.
Grill for 40 minutes, turning once.
Baste frequently with sauce.
Serve with remaining basting sauce.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
