Oven Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes
1/3 c. olive oil

Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut them into chunks. In a plastic food bag or a bowl, put all ingredients and shake or stir until potatoes are well coated.
Place potatoes into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 400\u00b0, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
