Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2/3 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Place warm water into a mixing bowl.
    Stir in yeast to soften. Stir in sugar and salt.
    Stir in Bisquick a little at a time, mixing well to form a soft dough.
    Knead on a lightly floured surface 2 to 3 minutes, until smooth.
    Pat or roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with 1 1/2-inch small biscuit cutter.
    Place on a baking sheet; cover with wet paper towel (cloth is too heavy). Let rise in a warm place about 30 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes until done and golden brown.
    Can be baked ahead and reheated 2 or 3 minutes, just before serving.
    Makes about 36 (1 1/2-inch) biscuits.
    Great yeast-bread aroma without all the work.
