Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. pimento, minced
3 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
Preparation

In a 3-quart casserole dish, combine first 6 ingredients. Gradually add vinegar and water, stirring well.
Cover and microwave 15 to 17 minutes, stirring after 7 minutes.
Stir when finished cooking.
