Soy Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed tofu
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1 tsp. oil
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper and onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. seasoning of your choice
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly together.
    Shape into 24 balls, then roll each in wheat germ or bread crumbs.
    Place on sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
