Cinnamon Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. salt
    5 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 to 1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and cinnamon in bowl, making a well in the center.
    Pour in water.
    Mix with hands until dough forms a ball (may need to add flour or water).
    Knead on lightly floured board until smooth and satiny (about 5 minutes).
    Wrap and refrigerate 20 minutes before using.
    Model with it (3/4 inch thick for ornaments).
    To add small pieces, moisten with water and press on. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until hard.
    Sandpaper and varnish when cool.
    This dough smells good, but it's not for eating.
