Honey-Grilled Pork Tenderloins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloins
    1/3 c. low sodium soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    5 cloves garlic, halved
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. dark sesame oil
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Trim fat from tenderloins.
    Butterfly tenderloins by making a lengthwise cut in each, cutting to within 1/4 inch of the other side.
    Place in a Ziploc bag with soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning occasionally.
    Combine sugar, honey and oil in a saucepan.
    Cook and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
    Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
