Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 medium green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Peel carrots and slice.
    Cook until tender.
    Add green pepper. Cook 3 more minutes; drain (reserve water).
    Drain pineapple; add water to juice to make 1 cup.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar and soy sauce to liquid.
    Cook until bubbly.
    Stir in vegetables and heat.
    Makes 6 servings.
