Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roasted chicken and broth
    10 slices toasted bread
    1 stick oleo
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Crumble bread; add eggs and chicken, removing all bones.
    Mix well.
    Add 3 cups of broth to this.
    Saute oleo, onion and celery; add to the mixture.
    Butter the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Put ingredients in and pour a can of cream of mushroom soup on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.
