German Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven for 25 minutes to 425\u00b0.
    In small bowl combine flour and baking powder.
    Beat in eggs and milk leaving the batter a bit lumpy.
    In a 10-inch skillet or pie pan, melt butter.
    When butter is very hot, pour in batter all at once.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes until pancake is golden.
    Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
