Vegetable-Broccoli Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp. cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into flowerets no longer than 3 inches.
    Steam broccoli in steam basket for 10 minutes.
    Remove.
    Place in heated serving dish.
    Cover.
