Grilled Catfish Fillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 catfish fillets
1 tsp. mixed seasoning (garlic, red pepper, black pepper and salt)
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan or microwave oven.
Mix in seasoning, hot sauce and Worcestershire.
Glaze both sides of fillets with butter mixture.
Sprinkle on paprika.
Grill in skillet over medium fire, about 5 minutes on each side or until tender.
